"Since the days of the first wooden vessels, all ship masters have had one happy privilege: that of uniting two people in the bonds of matrimony."
In TOS, Kirk was happy to marry two of his crewmen. In TNG, when Keiko and O'Brien were getting married, Data worried about finding a gift. So it's not unheard of for crewmen to marry.
Three years into the voyage, after the Narada, two crewmembers, Hikaru Sulu and Pavel Chekov, have decided to take the plunge.
The whole ship is a buzz.
In order to officiate well, Kirk did some researching and found something very, very strange. In the wake of the whole world-saving gig, the crew has become... famous. They're being written about. And not always in flattering ways. In fact, they seem to have developed a fandom.
Of course, no one can contain their curiosity.
So people are sending around snippets of fanfic- from awful to awesome, from G to triple-X.
So- who is shocked by who they're shipped with? Who was a secret member of fandom when they were younger? And who is still writing?
And in the end, do Sulu and Chekov pull it off, or do they decide there's a better ship for them?
Thanks to Bubbles for the inspiration.

I know. I wish there weren't.
The getting things done part I have no problem with. But the teasing? Aren't you sore enough without riling me up before I see you?

I'm pretty sure that the only reason it's that way is to keep perverts like us in line.
I can never be sore enough from you. I can't even sit still today, and I have bite marks along my collar bone. I love it.

So. Tell me something about you that no one knows.

Is that so? Damn. I didn't think they were on to us yet.
I wish I could see you, squirming in your seat, still feeling the way I thrust into you until you couldn't move. You're so beautiful Dave. I love watching your face when I'm inside you. It's the most beautiful sight in the galaxy.

I don't think we're the first people to ever think up bridge sex.
And I'm all alone in here, door closed, so if I was to sneak a hand down my pants, touch myself and think about you... who would know?
You think I'm beautiful? God, Roger. You have no idea what my view is like.

That no one knows? That would be hard. I don't think I have any secrets from Davey. Would you be willing to settle for something that no one but he knows about?

I guess? Things were already so complicated though.

Janny, Love is the best and worth thing ever. Just roll with it, it's all you can do.

Of course we are.
That's no fair. I'm on the bridge. How do you expect me to stand here and mind my console when I'm hard and thinking about you?
Of course I do. You're the best thing I've ever had Davey. Holding you, being with you, fucking you...it's the best thing I've ever known. There's no way your view is anything as perfect as what mine is like.

I'm pretty sure Kirk categorizes things and people into two categories: Would Fuck It and Would Fuck On It. I don't know which one his chair falls into, but he thought of it first.
Privileges of rank, Rog. Work hard and you can be assistant chief one day, too.
But mine includes you.

I'm the legal guardian of my two younger brothers. Well, they're both grown up now and Sirri is getting ready to start his own family now, but I was the one that raised them.

I guess you're right.
I just told him about my brothers. He wanted to know something about me that no one else knew. I was going to tell him about Saweoure, but I don't know if I'm ready to talk about that yet. Not...not with him.

Sirri? What's the other one's name? And can I ask about your parents? I can;t believe I never asked about your family.

Oh, ew. I hope the latter.
Please don't rub it in, that I'm stuck up here having to pretend to be all professional while I know you're down there, touching yourself and thinking of me.
Well yes, but mine includes you.

I can't believe he was on Tarsus.

Ben. It's not your fault. I don't really talk about my family. We can talk about it in the hydroponics bay.

It is unfortunate that our days off do not coincide. What time does your shift end?
