New Game: SFA/HSAU: Finals!

It's time for something... light. Something... refreshing.

For the past year, Roger Korby and Andrea Sherrison have been building an android, Norm. And Norm has been, true to his name... normal.

But things are starting to go wrong. Andrea has been moved into the empty bed in Caz and Jan's room (oh, did I not mention that? WELL. It's there. Not a convenient plot device at all) and when Roger's rommmate dropped out, he and McCoy decided to move in together.

Now they're both starting to act weird. Of course, no one is normal, it's SFA and it's finals. But there's something seriously wrong, and our heroes are going to have to find out what.

Did I mention that the top four students in each class get to go on a special training exercise? Well, they do. And competition is hot.

Can't I just have a chart, with pictures? I mean, I have to look up which on of you is Lemli and which is Leslie like, twice a month.

I am a awesome groom because I love Mia and that is my only job. Also apparently I get to have opinions on things like flowers ("pretty ones?") and music ("good stuff?") and food. ("Bacon.")

Dave, you could use Lemli or Leslie for either of us. Or even Lemli-Leslie or Leslie-Lemli. We filed a lot of extra paperwork for that. Remember? And you were bitching about all of signing you had to do?

Oh, Dave. A wedding is two people, you know. If there's anything you want, I'm sure Mia won't mind making it happen.

Yes, but when I yell "LEMLI!" I usually get you and when I yell "LESLIE!" I get him. It would be confusing if I screamed for you and got him. "LESLIE!" "Yeah boss?" "OTHER LESLIE!"

I know, but I don't care. I want her. And she knows the other small things I want. And I have something up my sleeve. Under my hat.

Speaking of which, I'm going to her ranch for Christmas. Do you think her father is really going to shoot me?

[identity profile] captlebubbles.livejournal.com 2010-04-30 07:04 pm (UTC)(link)
He is actually going to shoot him at least once. He probably won't actually hit him, it's just to scare him a little.

And don't tell me to get back to work. I've accomplished things and now have to get ready for work. So there. (also, if any of you have a download link to Dracula: Dead and Loving It, I'd appreciate it.)

Because that's what you always call me and that's what you always call him. If you were in the habit of calling me Leslie and him Lemli then I'm sure we'd have a different system worked out by now.

Oh dear. What is it?

Most likely. But I promise to not say anything to embarrassing at the funeral.

I still need a chart.

It's silly. But I got Avery learning a song from the twentieth century, called "Cowboy Take Me Away" and at the end of the reception, I fully plan to put on a cowboy hat, strike him up, and carry her out. It's dumb, I know. ButI think she'll love it.

"Dave... well, I guess you could say he didn't throw his feces with any regularity."

Fine, I'll make you damn chart. But I'm totally doing it on company time. No more take home projects.

That's...very western of you.

"Dave...what can I say about Dave? Well, he did like Twilight."

You should be Quick do it. Quartz? The new girl.

Totally lame?

"Dave never even once called me Sally."

Or you could, you know, just learn everyone's names.

Lame but sweet. I'm sure she'll love it.

"I mean, he never actually learned my name, but he never did call me Sally. Actually, he never bothered to learn anyone's names."

I TRY. But I have the worst time with it. Hell, I was with Mia for a few months before I knew her first name was Jesse.

Hey, it'll be less lame that your lame wedding.

:p

Well, if she doesn't go by her first name, then you can't be expected to know it if she's introduced to you as "Mia" instead of "Jesse." Also: learn everyone's names.

You did not just insult my wedding. I'm forwarding this whole conversation to Ryan now.

Forget about niceties now. You insult my wedding, I'm totally smearing your name at your funeral.

Names are hard for me. I know everyone by sight, but names fall out of my head.

Your wedding was very you and Ryan. And you are very lame people.

It doesn't help that you two have the same initials, you know.

Oh, don't be mopey. What was your first dance song? "Just the Way You Are"? I know you danced to Billy Joel. that's the DEFINITION of lame.

Oh I'm sorry, let me just RENAME MYSELF for your convenience.

You're just digging yourself deeper now. We did not dance our first dance to "Just the Way You Are." You are officially BANNED from any future weddings Ry and I may have.

Thanks, I appreciate.

Come on, Rog. All weddings are lame. The wedding of Lord von Schmoop to Captain McRomantic was just as lame as all other weddings.

What was your first dance?

[identity profile] emmypenny.livejournal.com 2010-04-30 07:50 pm (UTC)(link)
....I'm working on it. Any suggestions?

Trick question: they didn't have one. They put on the music and spent the first few songs greeting guests and thanking them for sharing their special day.

Mia's way of letting me know she was interested in me was to crawl into my lap and investigate my tonsils with her tongue. Something about being a tasty hunk of man and teaching me to ride. I never had a chance.

I'm kinda glad I didn't. I love her so much.

Words are apparently overrated. I mean, Mia and I didn't even call it a real relationship until we went to New Mexico, three or four months in. We don't need words.
