That's right, we are T-1 hour from the EA/BB joint prom.
(Why is it joint? Becuase Archer and Grat are having an epic bromance and they want to have a dance. I don't know. Just go with it.)

Silly, my dad's perfectly fine with me going. It's my mom who grounded me and she's more subtle than a phaser-rifle to the face! I think it comes from the days when she worked with the Syndicate.

Now I almost wish it would be the phaser-rifle. Those I can dodge and disable.
That's what everyone says. You won't understand this until you're fleet, but dress uniforms are the creation of the devil. Because only someone who was made of pure evil would create something like that.

No problem! Mother wanted to go ahead and start on my hair because it's so hard to tame, but the style I wanted didn't take as long as we thought. So all I've got left is to put my dress and shoes on. (The most brilliant thing about being covered in fur is that I can't wear makeup without a mess, so I didn't have to do that. :3)

It would be our luck that Valeris's wormhole is set to open right in the middle of prom. Hopefully the excessive number of Starfleet officers that work at EA will help us keep everything under control.
