In the world you are entering, there is a Federation. There is an Enterprise. There is even a Captain Kirk.
But in this world, they are not as you know them.
George Lowther, 27, is the captain of the pirate ship known throughout the galaxy as the Enterprise. Of course, he's not the real George Lowther, and neither was the man before him, a fellow called Chris Pike. They're in the process of trading the identity, so Pike can retire, having made his fortune. The new Lowther, real name James T. Kirk, has hired on a crew, and they're off on their first voyage, affiliated with the Federation of Interstellar Pirates.
So. How's the crew doing? And, of course, who's fucking?

Date: 2010-06-15 06:14 pm (UTC)Ah. I am drinking soda because it is my weakness. The rest of my food habits tend to be more or less healthy, except for my habit of putting cheese and/or bacon on everything, but I have a huge weakness for soda. Last summer I tried to drink less of it and stuck with kool-aid (I don't put much sugar in kool-aid so it was actually pretty healthy) and juice, but that didn't last past the end of my kool-aid supply. I still drink juice but only if soda isn't an option.

Date: 2010-06-15 06:18 pm (UTC)I have a huge problem with sugar. Love it. Sodium, too, but that's in everything. I'm not using livestrong.com to track my eating, so hopefully it'll shame me into behaving.

Date: 2010-06-15 06:21 pm (UTC)I tend to be a bit neutral about sugar- I like it in things that it's supposed to be in but I don't like a lot of it because I get a bit dizzy- but I am very vehement about stuff that's supposed to have sugar in it being made "sugar-free" or "no-sugar added" (except in cases where it's intended for like, diabetics and old people who can't have sugar anyway) because if I'm going to eat something sweet, I want it to have all of the sugar it's supposed to.
