In the world you are entering, there is a Federation. There is an Enterprise. There is even a Captain Kirk.
But in this world, they are not as you know them.
George Lowther, 27, is the captain of the pirate ship known throughout the galaxy as the Enterprise. Of course, he's not the real George Lowther, and neither was the man before him, a fellow called Chris Pike. They're in the process of trading the identity, so Pike can retire, having made his fortune. The new Lowther, real name James T. Kirk, has hired on a crew, and they're off on their first voyage, affiliated with the Federation of Interstellar Pirates.
So. How's the crew doing? And, of course, who's fucking?

I want to thank you for your help in my research last week, Dr. McCoy. However, I have a very.. personal question. May I ask it?

Welcome, kid. You can ask if it's medically or scientifically relevant.

I am not a kid, Doctor, I have the age of majority.
On a scale of one to five one being the low, how important is it to tell a partner if one has not performed certain sex acts before? Can there be harm done if not?

Barely.
Depends on the act and the situation. The partner should be told if it's something far out of the ordinary, or if it's something that could be dangerous or that the person is unsure about. In those cases 4 or 5. If the person isn't worried and it's on the tamer side then more of a 2.

But I am and I deserve your respect even if you are old like dirt.
I am no blushing virgin, but I have never tried penetrative sex, which is something my partner wants. I do not know how to tell him.

Relax. I respect you as much as anyone else on this boat does.
That's a case where you should tell him. And not while you're intimate. It can be a bit awkward but if you talk about it before you'll both be better off and you'll be able to avoid any issues if you decide to move forward.

Thank you for the advice. I will take it into consideration.

I'm mean to everyone. It's not personal.
Do that. It'll be best for both of you.
