Side Game: Dystopia

In the world you are entering, there is a Federation. There is an Enterprise. There is even a Captain Kirk.

But in this world, they are not as you know them.

George Lowther, 27, is the captain of the pirate ship known throughout the galaxy as the Enterprise. Of course, he's not the real George Lowther, and neither was the man before him, a fellow called Chris Pike. They're in the process of trading the identity, so Pike can retire, having made his fortune. The new Lowther, real name James T. Kirk, has hired on a crew, and they're off on their first voyage, affiliated with the Federation of Interstellar Pirates.

So. How's the crew doing? And, of course, who's fucking?

I do not. I like dishes and organizing rooms and dusting is fine, but my dislike for the vacuum cleaner is only exceeded by my hatred of lawnmowers (unless they are the kind you can ride, because awesome).

I have never ridden on a lawn mower. I like dishes and vacuuming and all sorts of cleaning. Ooooh! I like cleaning dirty windows! I always feel like a magician because I make the fingerprints and paw prints disappear. /two year-old

Me neither, but it looks really fun.

It does! That makes me think of the Sesame Street episode (movie?) where Big Bird moves in with, like, Dodo's or something and they don't realize you're supposed to sit on the riding lawn mower.

...um, okay? I did not watch tv as a child.

Ah, good for you. I bet your imagination is much better than mine because the television turned mine into mush.

OH MY GOD I REMEMBER THAT MOVIE.

Also Monica has a riding mower and her dog HAAAATES it and tries to kill it.

OH GOOD I THOUGHT I MIGHT BE MAKING IT UP. EVERYONE I TALK TO THINKS I MADE UP GUINEVERE AND THE JEWEL RIDERS AND BANANAS IN PAJAMAS.

I DON'T BUT I GOOGLED AND I SWEAR I HAVE SEEN THAT ELEPHANT BEFORE.

IT IS THE BEST ELEPHANT. MY MOM TAPED IT FOR ME AND I WOULD WATCH THE SAME EPISODE SEVERAL TIMES A DAY UNTIL SHE RECORDED ANOTHER ONE. IT DROVE HER CRAZY.

SHE WAS THE BEST. BUT ONE OF THOSE THINGS THAT YOU CAN'T EXPLAIN TO PEOPLE CAUSE YOU GET TO THE PART WHERE HER HAIR OPENED MAGIC DOORS AND THEY START GIVING YOU LOOKS.

YES THE WHOLE MAGICAL HAIR THING IS HARD TO EXPLAIN PROPERLY. BUT OH MAN. I WAS SO IN LOVE WITH THE PRETTY. I HAD THE LITTLE PIXYTAILS YOU COULD CLIP INTO YOUR HAIR.

AND EVERYONE BUT ME SAID IT WAS SPELLED "PITZA" AND I INSISTED IT WAS "PIZZA" BECAUSE THAT'S HOW IT WAS ON THE CICI'S PIZZA SIGN. AND THEN THEY SAID THAT EVEN IF I WAS RIGHT, I WAS STILL WRONG.

You guys are weird. I hate house-work type things, full-stop.

When we get the house on Bajor, you guys are doing all the cleaning and I'll ~~sit around on my lazy arse~~ do the grocery shopping or something.
