In the world you are entering, there is a Federation. There is an Enterprise. There is even a Captain Kirk.

But in this world, they are not as you know them.

George Lowther, 27, is the captain of the pirate ship known throughout the galaxy as the Enterprise. Of course, he's not the real George Lowther, and neither was the man before him, a fellow called Chris Pike. They're in the process of trading the identity, so Pike can retire, having made his fortune. The new Lowther, real name James T. Kirk, has hired on a crew, and they're off on their first voyage, affiliated with the Federation of Interstellar Pirates.

So. How's the crew doing? And, of course, who's fucking?

No, if they look at you, go digging and see your birthdate matches Sam's they'd stop digging because they'll think they have you pinned. They see George's and two thoughts go through their head: that they're being played and that you know what you're doing. JIm wants to speak to you at some point before anything moves forward. I already said how in person would be nearly impossible so just comms. Wanted to give you a heads up early. I haven't told him who you are (besides that you're fleet) yet, but I'll see if we can't get that over with today. Smart money is on him taking a swing at me.

Still spy searching, our two main suspects are both clear. No hits on that list of moles unfortunately. We're digging in deeper and watching all communications though so we'll figure it out soon enough.
